Our Request Form has 5 options. Here's how to use them!

It has been over 48 hours and there is no tracking on this item.
We give sellers 48 hours to ship out your order. If you check your tracking details after 48 hours and don't see any updates, please select this option. We will confirm that product hasn't shipped and contact the seller. The seller will ship the item or we will find a replacement that can ship immediately.

The tracking shows it was delivered but I haven’t received it.
If the delivery man was unable to contact you when they delivered your package, they might have left it with your apartment building's security office or a nearby pickup locker. Please contact us within 5-7 days if your tracking information states that your package has been signed for and you are unable to locate the package yourself.

The delivery of my item has stopped or gone the wrong direction.
The trajectory of a package can get pretty confusing sometimes. If your package appears to be going nowhere or in the wrong direction, select this option. We will contact the delivery company to locate your item. We'll make sure that the item gets back on track and reaches you soon.

I'd like to return this item for a refund.
If you're not completely satisfied with the item you've received, please refer to our returns/refund policy. If your item qualifies for a return, you may select this option and fill out the form listed. Please note that all Baopals customers are required to include at least one image and a note about why they wish to return their item.
