Q. When will things return to normal?
A. Unfortunately this is a difficult question to answer, as some cities have experienced further closures and restrictions in recent days. Meanwhile, we're seeing various sellers return to business and start shipping out orders. We don't expect things to last this way for much longer, but there are no guarantees. Nonetheless, the Baopals team is still here and monitoring orders every day of the week. Please feel free to contact us if you have any questions or concerns.
Q. Where are the orders I placed before CNY?
A. Some sellers have now shipped out orders placed before CNY. However, there are still many smaller local sellers that are struggling to find delivery companies to help ship orders, especially if they are located in a more remote city or a city that is under heavy lockdown. It is their highest priority to resume shipping as soon as possible, and they are doing all they can given the circumstances.

A. There are still many sellers that are shipping normally at this time, with minimal delays. If you have any questions about a specific product, you can feel free to message us and we will check with the seller. If you don't mind waiting, you can also place an order and it will be shipped as soon as possible.
